TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By engaging Swag Skool Airlines LLC for creative services, you agree to the following:
All services are custom and will be outlined in a written proposal or agreement prior to project start. Any changes to the scope after work begins may require a separate written agreement and may affect pricing and delivery timelines.
Full payment, or the first installment for staged projects, is due before work begins. For projects over $2,000, staged payments and milestone dates will be agreed upon in writing before project commencement.
Refunds are only available if a project is canceled before any work has started, in which case a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. Once work begins, payments are non-refundable.
Project timelines will be provided in writing. Delays caused by the client (e.g., late feedback, missing information) may extend delivery dates.
Upon full payment, the client receives the rights to the final deliverables as outlined in the project agreement. Swag Skool Airlines LLC retains the right to showcase work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
